Similarly, Task Lists can be assigned to one user, but individual Tasks inside that list can be assigned to separate users.

Things to note: Deal Tasks can only be assigned to an account user that has permission to access the pipeline that the deal is in.

The task assignee does not need to be the deal owner. You also have the option to set an alert for this task.

To add them to your Contact List column, click the dropdown arrow in the cell then select Add New to add the contact name and email address to your list and assign them to the row.

You can also edit the column properties to add them to the preferred contact values.
